Whereas Party A desires to expand its business in the international market and is willing to appoint Party B as its intermediary for foreign trade business to search for potential customers, facilitate transactions and provide relevant services, and Party B is willing to accept the appointment of Party A. Through friendly consultation, both parties have reached the following agreement:
一、委托事项
I. Entrusted Matters
甲方委托乙方在[指定地区/全球范围]内，为甲方寻找潜在客户，并促成甲方与客户之间的外贸交易。
Party A appoints Party B within [designated area/global scope] to search for potential customers for Party A and facilitate foreign trade transactions between Party A and customers.

四、保密条款
IV. Confidentiality Clause
1. 双方应对在履行本合同过程中知悉的对方商业秘密、客户信息等予以保密，未经对方书面同意，不得向任何第三方披露。
Both parties shall keep confidential the other party’s business secrets, customer information, etc. known during the performance of this contract and shall not disclose them to any third party without the written consent of the other party.
2. 本条款的保密期限为自本合同生效之日起[X]年。

五、违约责任
V. Liability for Breach of Contract
1. 若甲方未按照本合同的约定支付佣金，每逾期一天，应按照未支付金额的[X]%向乙方支付违约金。
If Party A fails to pay the commission in accordance with the provisions of this contract, for each day of delay, it shall pay Party B a liquidated damages of [X]% of the unpaid amount.

VI. Dispute Resolution
