八、争议解决
VIII. Dispute Resolution
本合同在履行过程中如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
If any dispute arises during the performance of this contract, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction.
