六、验收

If Party B fails to pay the purchase price in accordance with the time stipulated in the contract, it shall pay a liquidated damages to Party A and bear the losses caused thereby to Party A.
3. 双方应严格履行本合同约定的义务，如一方违约给对方造成损失的，违约方应承担赔偿责任。

九、争议解决
IX. Dispute Resolution
